ALTERNATE DELIVERY - DESIGN-BUILD
BENGAL staff members have a proven track record of successfully delivering project design and construction management services for design-build projects in the State of Maryland. We understand the unique challenges and risks that it creates for the owners.
With their prior firms, BENGAL staff members worked on one of the largest design-build projects in Maryland—the Inter County Connector Constructors (ICCC) Phase C featuring 3.8 miles of new roadway corridor from Route 29 to I-95. Serving as design engineers for the team, staff members provided the design of the drainage, stormwater management, and multi-phases erosion and sediment control from conception to the final stage. In addition, with their prior firms, BENGAL engineers staff also worked on the Purple Line Light Rail Transit Project and provided technical plan review services.
